We are proud to be a network Premier Provider for Delta Dental. Although we may not be in network with your carrier, we do submit to most insurance companies. We have found that most patients continue to seek our services due the quality of our care, even if they are covered by an out of network carrier.
For your convenience, we are pleased to offer patient financing through Care Credit. Whether you have dental insurance or not, Care Credit may be the right choice to help offset the cost of recommended care. All of our front office team members can provide you with more information and assist you with the application process.
It is our office’s financial policy that payment is due on the date of your service. Prior to any treatment, a team member from our front office will thoroughly discuss with you the proposed treatment and anticipated cost. We accept dental insurance, health savings account payments, Care Credit, credit card, debit card, cash, and checks. In the event of an insurance over or under charge, we will communicate with you to discuss the change in our estimate.
In the event that you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment, we request a 48-hour notice prior to the change. We will be happy to help find you a more appropriate date and time for your care. If proper notice is not given, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to your account and must be paid prior to rescheduling.
